We built Euskal Kantak to let you sing — not to collect your data. This page explains, plainly, what the app does and doesn't do with your information.
Euskal Kantak is designed to work without an account. Your favorite songs and your preferences (app language, translation language, font size, theme) are stored locally on your device.
We collect limited, anonymous usage and diagnostic information — such as app version, device type and crash reports — solely to keep the app stable and improve it. This data is not tied to your identity.
The free version of the app displays ads. Depending on your device settings and consent, advertising partners may process limited information to serve ads. Upgrading to Premium removes all advertising. You can review and adjust your ad preferences at any time in your device settings.
Premium subscriptions are handled entirely by the Apple App Store and Google Play. Payment details are processed by those platforms and are never seen or stored by us.
We do not use your information for profiling, and we do not sell or rent personal data to third parties.
Because favorites and settings are stored on your device, you remain in control: clearing the app's data or uninstalling it removes that information. If you have questions about your data or wish to exercise any rights under applicable law (including the GDPR), contact us using the address below.
Euskal Kantak is suitable for all ages and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you within the app.
